Internet Tax Information Processing Services, Inc is the owner of the Tax Doc Hub website and the related products and services listed below. We are open to a joint venture to help us refine, expand, and promote these services.
A joint venture would involve:
- A revenue sharing agreement to share in the revenues of the products and services.
- It is believed that revenue sharing is cleaner and easier to administer than a profit sharing agreement.
- The exact structure of the sharing is subject to agreement.
Your Company
- Your company would make an initial investment in exchange for a percent of future revenues.
- You would optionally also provide product management services, marketing services, or participation in product development.
